Exchange & Return Policy

FELIZ PRIMAVERA is an independent and locally owned tango shoe store in Hong Kong.

Since we are a small business operation and have limited quantities of our stylish & comfy dance shoes, we have to adhere to a typical "boutique type" return policy.

Therefore, we have two distinctly different types of return policies depending on whether your purchase is made either in store or from the internet.

Internet Order Return Policy

Items purchased from the internet via on-line or mail order may be returned for exchange, store credit or refund if they meet the following criteria:

  1. Items are found to be in unworn or new, re-saleable condition and packaged in original packaging.
    (We advise that you only wear the shoes around your house for a limited time if there is a chance you might need to return these to our store.)

  2. Items are returned to Feliz Primavera with a postmark no later than 14 calendar days from receipt of goods.  For example: If you place an order and receive it from us on 1 January, then you must ship it back no later than 14 January.

If these criteria are not met when items are received back in store, the customer will be contacted and notified as to our findings. The item purchased will then be shipped back to customer and no refund will be given.

Value of your return

Where you opt for an exchange, refund or in-store credit, the value of the return will be the price of your shoes and will not include shipping or handling charges.

For example, if your order was HK$1000 in which are the shoe price (HK$900) and freight (HK$10), the value for your refund will be HK$900.

Refund will be sent via PayPal.

Shipping Charges

We charge a variable fee for shipments to customers outside of Hong Kong.

If items purchased need to be returned to us for refund, customer must arrange and pay for return shipping charges.  In case of an exchange, the client is responsible for 50% of the shipping charge for the first replacement pair and 100% for subsequent pairs.

You will not be charged sales tax for your purchases since Hong Kong has no sales tax.

In-Store Return Policy

Purchases made in store may be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are found to be in UNWORN and in ORIGINAL PACKAGING for refund or exchange.

Refund will be given in Hong Kong Dollar cash or cheques.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON PROMOTION ITEMS

This means, if you buy an item that is considered "promotion", we cannot take this item back for exchange nor refund.
